ICSI CS December 2025: The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has reopened the registration portal for the CS December 2025 examination. Eligible candidates can enrol for the exam by paying a late fee via the official website, icsi.edu. The late fee registration window will remain open until October 25, 2025. Additionally, candidates who have registered will be able to modify their exam centre, medium, module, and elective subject between October 26 and November 21, 2025, until 4:00 pm.

The Institute will conduct the CS Executive and Professional examinations for Groups 1 and 2 from December 22 to December 29, 2025. The exams will take place from 2 pm to 5:15 pm, with an additional 15-minute window from 2 pm to 2:15 pm allotted for reading the question paper. According to the official notification, ICSI has designated December 30 and 31, 2025, along with January 1 and 2, 2026, to accommodate any unforeseen circumstances.

ICSI CS December 2025 Examination: Eligibility Criteria

To participate in the Executive Programme, candidates are required to pass the Online Pre-Examination Test, along with either ODOP or TDOP, based on their respective registration timelines. For those enrolling in the Professional Programme, passing the Online Pre-Examination Test is also a compulsory prerequisite.

ICSI CS December 2025 Exam: Application Fees

–Executive Programme: Rs 1,500 per group

–Professional Programme: Rs 1,800 per group

–Late Application Fee: Rs 250 (flat rate)

–Modification Charges for exam centre, group, medium, or optional subject: Rs 250 per change

–Additional Group Fee: Rs 250

–Dubai Centre Surcharge: USD 100 (or its equivalent in Indian Rupees)

Registration for the ICSI CS December 2026 examination commenced on August 26, with candidates permitted to submit their applications along with a late fee until September 25. Additionally, aspirants have until October 24, 2025, by 5:30 pm to complete their mandatory pre-examination test.

While applying for the ICSI CS Executive and Professional 2025 December exams, candidates will also have to upload certain documents, including proofs of dates of birth, Class 12 pass certificates, category certificates for fee exemption and scanned copies of photographs and signatures.
