TNDGE TN Board 12th HSE (+2) Result 2026: The Directorate of Government Examinations, Tamil Nadu (TNDGE) announced the TN HSE Plus Two Class 12 result on May 8. The exam was held between March 11 and April 6, 2026. Students can see their marksheet by logging into the official website of the boards, such as tnresults.nic.in and dge.tn.gov.in . In a first-of-its-kind initiative, the department, in collaboration with the Tamil Nadu e-Governance Agency, has introduced a WhatsApp-based facility for students to access their results. Candidates need to send a “Hi” message to 7845252525 on WhatsApp. They will then be prompted to select their department name and examination class. After entering their registration number and date of birth, students will be able to view their examination results directly through the messaging platform.

Candidates will require their login information to download their +2 results. They can download their results after giving their login details. Candidates are requested to make sure that this is only the provisional marksheet. The actual copy of the result will be available from the school.Additionally, the results will be made available on DigiLocker.
The Class 12 marksheet of the TNDGE board mentions the marks scored by students in different subjects. To collect the Tamil Nadu board Class 12 original mark sheets, the students need to visit their respective schools a few days after the declaration of the Class 12 result by the board. Information about the supplementary exams will be announced after the Class 12 result declaration by the board.
Candidates should download their results of the TNDGE exam and keep a physical copy of their marksheet, as this will be needed for their undergraduate admission. Once the results are out, candidates can download them from their DigiLocker account. To pass the examination, candidates are required to obtain a minimum of 35 per cent in each subject. Candidates are also required to obtain a minimum of 35 per cent in aggregate in all subjects.
In 2025, and 2024 TNDGE declared their class 12 results on May 8 and May 6, respectively. In 2023, the board announced its class 10 results on May 8. The board announced their class 12 results on June 20, 2022.
