NASHIK: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) on Friday clarified that a person who has been “repeatedly” referred to as an HR manager in connection with the Nashik unit controversy is neither an HR manager nor involved in recruitment.“She served as a process associate and held no leadership responsibilities,” the company said. The statement comes amid ongoing allegations of sexual misconduct and religious conversion at the IT giant’s Nashik facility. TCS also rejected claims that the unit had been shut down, calling such reports “entirely untrue.”
