RR vs GT IPL 2026 Highlights: Rajasthan Royals hardly ever looked capable of challenging the target of 230 that Gujarat Titans set. Rashid Khan took four wickets before which Mohammed Siraj and Kagiso Rabada ensured that RR’s destructive opening duo of Yashasvi Jaiswal and Vaibhav Sooryavanshi don’t do too much damage. RR eventually folded for 152 and GT won by 77 runs.
Earlier, Shubman Gill led the way with 84 in 44 balls as Gujarat Titans put up a score of 229/4 in 20 overs. Rajasthan Royals would be happy with the way they pulled things back after a disaster of a powerplay, in which they conceded 82 runs largely through extras. Gill and Sai Sudharsan put up an opening stand of 118 runs as well in 10.5 overs. However, RR have also been set back by the fact that they conceded as many as 21 runs in the 20th over.
