NTA NEET Result UG 2026 Live Updates: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the result and the final answer keys for the NEET-UG 2026 re-exam. As per the final keys announced, one question has been dropped. The re-NEET UG 2026 results for more than 20 lakh candidates are available at neet.nta.nic.in. Aryan Gupta from Punjab and Panshul Bansal from Haryana have topped the NEET UG exam.
This year, 11.21 lakh candidates have qualified the NEET UG. Among those who qualified, women account for more than 58 per cent of the successful candidates. NTA data also shows that female candidates performed slightly better overall, with 56.8 per cent of women who took the exam qualifying, compared with 55.1 per cent of male candidates.

Candidates who appeared for the May 3 examination can submit their bank account details through the facility made available by the NTA to receive the examination fee refund. So far, 11.46 lakh candidates have completed the process by providing their bank account information. For more information, students can visit the IE Education Portal.
While 1,492 candidates scored at least 650 marks, more than 10,000 crossed the 600-mark threshold. Nearly 91,000 candidates secured 500 marks or more.

Ahead of the NEET UG results, theNational Medical Commission (NMC)today released the seat matrix for undergraduateMBBScourses, excluding Institutes of National Importance (INIs), for the academic year 2026-27. According to the notice,a total of 1,36,939 MBBS seats will be available this year across 823 medical colleges in the country.
The seat matrix was issued through a notice dated July 14, 2026, by the Medical Assessment & Rating Board (MARB) of the NMC and subsequently forwarded to all medical colleges and the Medical Counselling Committee, DGHS.
