NEET UG 2026 Admit Card Portal Faces Technical Glitches As Candidates Report Access Issues

NEET UG 2026 hall ticket: With the NEET UG 2026 Examination scheduled for 21 June, nearly 4 lakh candidates have successfully downloaded their admit cards. However, a significant number of aspirants have reported persistent technical glitches while trying to access the official portal, prompting widespread frustration on social media. The National Testing Agency acknowledged the issue in an official response, stating that some candidates are facing server-related difficulties. The agency assured that its technical teams are actively working to resolve the disruptions.“We are aware that some of you are facing technical glitches or server issues in accessing your admit cards. Our teams have been working towards resolving all these issues. We are there for you and will ensure that very soon, all candidates get their admit cards. Any inconvenience caused is deeply regretted,” the statement read.Despite the assurance, many candidates continued to report access failures, login errors, and delayed page loading, raising concerns about system readiness ahead of the examination.Widespread frustration over login errors, refund portal confusionAcross social media platforms, candidates expressed frustration over repeated failures in accessing the admit card portal. Several users reported that the website either failed to load or displayed error messages even after entering correct credentials. Some candidates also highlighted issues related to the fee refund and bank detail verification system. One user said they were confused after being prompted to verify bank details again, only to receive a message suggesting they had opted out of providing refund details. Others reported that the refund link itself remained non-functional despite multiple attempts.Another candidate wrote that their account was temporarily blocked despite entering correct login details, questioning whether the issue was isolated or widespread. Many others echoed similar concerns, stating that they had been trying to access the portal for hours without success.Centre changes and last-minute anxiety add to stressApart from technical issues, some candidates also raised concerns about unexpected examination centre changes, with at least one reporting that their allotted centre had been shifted to a location significantly farther from their residence. The change has added logistical stress for candidates already dealing with access issues.Frustration intensified as several users tagged government authorities, urging immediate intervention and smoother coordination. Candidates emphasized that repeated portal failures and unclear refund or verification messages were affecting their preparation in the final days before the exam.As the examination date approaches, candidates continue to demand a stable, fully functional system to ensure timely access to admit cards without further disruption. The situation has put additional pressure on the examination body to restore confidence and streamline digital services ahead of the national medical entrance test.
