Auto driver tricks tourist into using abusive language

JAIPUR: Tourist police station in Jaipur Monday arrested an auto-rickshaw driver for allegedly misleading a woman foreign tourist into speaking abusive and derogatory Hindi words. Police arrested the driver on charges of misconduct and harassment of tourists. According to police officers, the incident came to their notice on March 20, when a video of the incident went viral.“The accused, identified as Mohammed Shaqeel (31), was seen asking the woman tourist to repeat the foul words in Hindi after him. The touris innocently repeated the words, making the act both deceptive and offensive,” said an officer.“This is inappropriate behaviour involving a foreign woman tourist. The accused was arrested Monday,” said Manju Kumari, SHO of tourist police station.
