JAC Class 9 result 2026: Overall performance
This year, the overall performance of students has been very strong.
- A total of 4,10,258 students appeared for the exam
- Out of these, 4,06,883 students passed
- The overall pass percentage stands at 99.177%
In terms of gender-wise performance:
- Girls performed slightly better with a pass percentage of 99.222%
- Boys recorded 99.126% pass percentage
JAC Class 9 result 2026: District-wise performance
According to the official data, most districts recorded a pass percentage above 98%, showing consistent performance across the state.Some of the top-performing districts include:
- Bokaro: 99.632%
- Hazaribagh: 99.556%
- Koderma: 99.558%
- Dhanbad: 99.541%
At the same time, districts like Simdega (98.209%) and Sahebganj (98.551%) reported slightly lower pass percentages compared to others, but still maintained strong results overall.
Minimum passing criteria
JAC has followed a five-level grading system, ranging from A+ to D.
