Generic drugmaker Aurobindo Pharma arm CuraTeQ Biologics B.V. has set up a subsidiary in Malta.

The wholly owned step-down subsidiary has been incorporated to expand pharmaceutical products business in Malta, the company said.

CuraTeQ Biologics (Malta) has been set up with an initial subscription to the share capital of €1,200, divided into 1,200 shares with a nominal value of €1 each, it said in a filing on Friday.
