Stock brokerage app Groww officially known as Billionbrains Garage Ventures Ltd is set to raise ₹6632.3 crore in initial public offering.

The IPO consists of ₹1,060 crore in fresh issue and the rest — ₹5,572 crore in offer for sale. The company set the price band between ₹95 to ₹100 sold in lots of 150 equity shares or multiples of 150 thereafter.

The company will use the proceeds of the outcome on software, server and technology, and investment in the firm’s subsidiary Groww Creditserv Technology Private Limited, an NBFC and inorganic growth strategy,Groww Invest Tech Private Limited, and other “unidentified acquisitions” according to the prospectus.

The issue opens on November 4, 2025and closes on November 7, 2025.
